紅酒番茄牛肉 ﹣Tomatoes and Beef in Red Wine

As the title says, I made a "beef stew" with red wine and tomatoes. It's similar to the Japanese style I made awhile ago, except for the flavoring. It's actually cooking right now, so I hope I actually don't know how it tastes yet!

Ingredients:
Beef for stewing (prep in some red wine with pepper and salt)
2 Tomatoes Diced
1 Carrot Diced
1 cup of red wine
Water (enough to almost cover everything after wine)
Onions, Scallions, Garlic, Ginger
Sugar, Salt and Pepper for taste
Beef or Chicken stock block or powder (about 1 teaspoon)

First sautee onions, garlic, scallions until almost clear. Add carrots. Season with salt and pepper. Add in tomatoes and continue to cook for awhile. Then everything transfer to a medium size pot. In the pan, cook the meat with the marinate. When the meat is ready, transfer meet into the medium pot. Add in the liquid (wine and water). Season with salt and pepper, sugar, and stock powder. Bring to boil and then simmer for about half an hour to an hour.

I just went to have a little taste... and it's pretty delicious! The meat is tasty and tender. I can't wait to have this for dinner with some rice!
